  Dear Tom,
I don't have any words to truly express my gratitude for all your kindness you have extended to me. Your wife and your children are so blessed to have a husband and a father like you. I am so blessed to have had a friend and a special one at that like you. I truly admire the faith you had in our God. You truly are a wonderful servant of the Lord.

You have always showed interest in your friends, especially your employees who you know by name and some stories of their own lives. Who would ever do that? A president/owner of a big company. You have touched so many lives as you did for me. I will always treasure your friendship forever. Your sense of humor is so contagious. I remember how you would ask us, "how are you guys getting along?" How you gave me a ride on the back of your cart when I was on crutches. I loved so much the pictures you hung in my office then with scripture readings and the Fray Junipero Serra picture, Dr. Thomas J. Tracy, and the Consecrated Women of Regnum Christi. They are very, very special for me.

I know you made your peace with God and are praying for us. Please tell Jesus I said hi and that I dearly, truly love Him with all my heart.

I just finished my 30 adoration hours last night. I sure hope that you are enjoying Jesus' company and the angels and the saints. Please give my love to my mom, my dad, and my sister, and especially my daughter, Avegail.

Ok Tom, until I see you again. Thank you for everything.

Your friend,
Tessie

Jose L.Barraza & Family

  Dear Tracy Family:
I'm shocked what has happened to Mr. Tom Tracy. I'm sadden, but at the same time glad. Sadden because we lost one of many great men on this earth. Glad to know that Mr.Tom Tarcy has gone into a new kingdom to watch over us. I'm pleased to say that it was a great employment of 13 years with GPD/Tomadur in the 1980's. I was the SPC Analyst, Trainer and Small Parts Supervisor back then. I got the opportunity to help Mr.Tom Tracy to get the Company certify for Q101, Q1, and QS9000 Quality Programs. Also, got the chance to meet his father and lovely family. He also, gave me support on my decisions from work. I have many good memories from GPD/Tomadur during my employment. I got married during that time, recevied my degree from college, and my 1st child was born. At the same time I also had one sad moment my mother had passed away from cancer at a early age. So, I know and feel what the Tracy family is going through. Please accept my condolences on the loss of Mr.Tom Tracy. Your family are in my thourghts and prayers.

  To the Tracy family

Tom was my audit client from 1992 to 2004. I will never forget the audit wrap up meetings we held each year to discuss the results of the audit and topics ranging from religion to politics. He was an astute, ethical and delightful business man.

  Dad,
Hard to believe it is three weeks to the hour since you passed away and nearly 200 posts. As you would often do when we drove and talked; I will let the lyrics speak for me tonight. Miss you and your keen ability to make sense of this human life. I look at your photo tonight and these lyrics sound in my head. The CD definitely sounds better than my singing.

Well I have lived ten years plus ten
And ten and ten again
I have seen too much to pretend
I have survived all of the lies
They made me wise
The locks and walls and the peace it buys
Still when I look into your eyes
It's a surprise when you say

It's gonna be all right
It's gonna be okay
Just hold on tight
Let it all go away

Well I plead mercy, mercy
I do not know what this all means
It's been awhile since I been stylin'
In just my jacket and my jeans
It hurts to walk it hurts to talk
It hurts to think about it
Shout about it
Could I be sure without a doubt
That you could never live without

Now I am kneeling at the alter
In the temple of your eyes
And I am asking for a miracle
I have been too long paralyzed

When you say get up and stand up
And climb the rope of hope
And open up again

Oh the peace you say is promised me
Seems too much to comprehend

Lyrics by Melissa Etheridge/Part of song Mercy/Album Lucky
