I was just thinking of Tom, Sr. today and the Tracy family. I use to call Tom, at home, on saturday mornings and we would usually have a good talk.

my continued prayers to the family.

  Tom:
It is the 2nd. week in September and the flocks of geese are flying over.
I use to look at them and smile because this is when you and I would go to Wyoming then Canada and hunt.
Now I look at the flocks and smile for a different reason. I smile because I think of you and the great times we had together. Hunting and just driving and visiting from Wyoming to Canada. Just the two of us together.
I think of you often and the valuable lessons you taught me.
Thank you,
Warren

I found out about Tom's passing while cruising the internet. I first had contact with Tom through his Aunt Rosemary. I was doing genealogy on the Tracy's in Ohio and found out we were distant cousins. His great grandfather Owen was a brother to my great grandfather, this was back in 1976. I am sorry I never got to meet him , he seemed to be a great family man.

As a result of checking on the internet I have just learned of Tom's death. He was in touch with me many times over the years regarding his ancestors connections to Carlow, Ireland. Unfortunatly in his early contacts with a research centre he was not treated very well and when I heard of this I contacted him and completed some research for him also I managed to trace the family homestead in Carlow for him. I visited him in Santa Anna in 2003 and he brought me on a tour of Genuine Parts. He was concerned at that time about his health but I had no idea he was so ill. He was elected an Honorary Member of Carlow County Heritage Society in 2003. He was a man with a genuine love for his heritage and he will be missed. I will have a Mass said in Carlow Cathedral in his memory and will ask the prayers of the Poor Clare community of enclosed sisters to pray for his family. mick.

While I did not have the fortune of knowing Tom personally, I am touched by this amazing tribute to his life. It is inspiring. Thank you Kilian for sharing this with me - I know your father is proud of you, as he lives on in the reflection of your beauty and grace.
With love and gratitude, Grant

  My Dear friend Tom,
Happy 2 year anniversary. I could not believe it that it has been 2 years since your departure here on earth and now enjoying the GLORIOUS RESURRECTION of our Friend JESUS. I was just at the adoration chapel tonight and thought of you. I was reading this book, entitled HEAVEN IS REAL by Don Piper. It is so good to know what heaven is like. I just can't wait to go there and be with the Lord and the very special people in my life. Enjoy Easter.
Sincerely, Tessie
