My prayers are with the Tracy family. I'm so sorry.I only met Tom Tracy once, but the meeting left a huge impression on me. It was at a luncheon in his honor where he was receiving a lifetime achievment award. The room was packed with businessmen and women and priests and nuns and all of those who knew Tom. He was seated up front with his family. He had invited me because he had seen a film that I had made called Nate and the Colonel. During a break in the festivities he had strided over to our table to say hello (he had sat my partner Mark Brien and I up front, close to him). He put an arm around me and held me close (like you would an old friend). We talked about our Irish roots and then he said...I loved your movie and I'm going to find the funds to make one with you. We had planned to do a film about Louis Riel, Father of Manitoba, who gave his life for his people : The Metis. I think it was just after that that Tom started his fight against the illness that took him home, so we never had a chance to make our film together. I'm sure it would have been great. But I must tell you all that I have never met anyone in my whole life who immediately and without any reservations embraced me and made me feel so welcome...and that was his wonderful spirit that touched me...the spirit that all of you who knew and loved him know as well. Thank you, Tom, for being my friend. Paul Winters

I'LL ALWAYS REMEMBER TOM FOR BEING SUCH
A GENEROUS & DOWN TO EARTH PERSON, WITH
AN AWESOME SENSE OF HUMOR. AT EVERY G.P.D. FUNCTION OR TRIP I ATTENDED, IT
WAS ALWAYS A PLEASURE TALKING WITH TOM,
BECAUSE I ALWAYS KNEW HE WOULD MAKE ME LAUGH. HE ALWAYS SAID WHAT WAS ON HIS MIND AT THE TIME, WHICH I ALWAYS GOT A KICK OUT OF. HE WILL TRULY BE MISSED BY MANY.

I will trully miss Tom. He taught me so much in the past thirty years at work that also helped me in my family life. What I will always remember is that Tom was and still is the only person that has ever made me laugh till I cried. Thanks Tom and the Tracy family for supporting two generations of the Dunham family."Good stuff buddy"

To My Wonderful Kilian and Her Lovely Family,

I have been thinking about all of you non stop the past few days. I have always looked up to the family bond you have, it's very strong and noticeable to the outside world. I will take that with me in my heart as I grow my family, because you are great role models of what family should be. I wish you all my love during this hard time.

Love Always,
Suzanne Calderon (Kilian's friend from Stoneleigh)
