March 28, 2007 - 05:38 PM Flossie O'Leary - foleary@regis.edu It's incredible that one year has flown by since Tom left this earth. Tom has been on my mind for the last few days especially. I like to think he, and many other Irish and Irish Americans who've left us like my father, are glad that Gerry Adams and Ian Paisley finally met fact-to-face and are moving forward the power sharing process and the intentions of the Good Friday accord. Love and peace, safety and trust, are more in keeping with the vision of our shared Creator than violence and separation, revenge and political posturing. Let's pray it holds. IP : 207.93.211.50 |
